The hotel staff is warm, friendly, and responsive to guest requests. Guests can also enjoy an excellent buffet breakfast with a variety of contemporary and traditional food options.

One downside is that some staff members at the hotel, including the housekeeping, might have difficulty communicating with guests who don't speak Chinese.

Free parking onsite was provided. Unique base for a weekend in Chengdu! We would like to stay longer. Fortunately, free Wi Fi was available.

Staying at this hotel was an excellent experience. The location was simply perfect, right in the center of a bustling metropolis and right at the Kuan Zhai alley. It was super convenient with the city's public transportation just a stone's throw away. The hotel facilities were impeccable, the cleanliness of this hotel made the stay very comfortable. The hotel staff were very hospitable and accommodating. Lastly, the breakfast spread was fantastic, I loved the variety and quality of the food.

Spent New Year's at a boutique hotel in China. Service and attention to detail was phenomenal. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful, offering complimentary New Year's treats and plenty of great recommendations. The location was prime, in close proximity to amazing tourist attractions, restaurants, and shops. Rooms were well-maintained and had great amenities, including a luxurious bathtub.

The downside was the lack of English comprehension of some of the staff members. There were a few issues communicating during room service and housekeeping that could have been smoother with better language skills.
